Our 10th year of growing imaginations is off to an incredible start.
We launched a commemorative edition Nugget in our signature orange, named after the most imaginative, creative people we know (Nuggeteers!). We partied to our STEAM-loving hearts’ content at Marbles Kids Museum, where we kitted out the STEAM exhibit’s Nuggets in brand new Cover Sets. We also surprised our entire staff with a Nuggety™ party and gifts to thank them for nine incredible years so far.
You could say we’re in a season of celebration, and we’re loving it. But we’re not just toasting our anniversary — we’re also taking stock of our policies and how we do business.
It’s important to us that we continually look for ways to innovate and grow, ensuring we offer the best products, the most fair services, and the best play experience for Nuggeteers. We are always assessing our practices — including our product warranty coverage.
We’re delighted to announce that we’re extending our warranty from one to two years, effective immediately, for both Nuggets and Cover Sets.
What does this mean for you?
It means you can rest assured that as the original creators of The Original Play Couch™, Nugget offers the best warranty on the market — an industry leader by every measure. We’ve been making play couches for close to a decade, and we stand behind our products 100%.
What does the warranty cover?
Nuggets were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of Nuggets and Cover Sets. These situations are very rare, but the warranty covers things like seam tears, handle rips, malfunctioning zippers under normal usage, fabric imperfections, and more.

Who do these changes apply to?
Our updated warranty is extended to all new Nugget and Cover Set purchases made through our site, as well as anyone who has purchased a currently available color within the last two years. If your Nugget was purchased second hand, it isn’t covered under our warranty, so we always recommend buying directly from the Nugget Shop to ensure the best experience possible.
